Distance to Hotel du Cadran is 19 kilometres, approximately 25 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Shuttles run between both terminals and the airport train station. The RER line C train stops at Porte Maillot, Invalides, St Michel-Notre Dame and Gare d'Austerlitz. The Air France shuttle travels to Gare de Montparnasse. The Orlybus shuttle goes to Denfert-Rochereau metro stop. Taxis to the city centre cost about 34 EUR-45 EUR (45 EUR-55 EUR at night). Getting around. The hotel is on Rue du Champ de Mars. Paris is easy to explore on foot, and there is a reliable, cheap metro (underground), which runs throughout the city and the suburbs. Buses are a great way to see the city's sights. Tickets can be purchased from bus drivers or from the machines in metro stations. Regional RER trains run to destinations in the surrounding area. Taxis are available in the streets, but can be hard to find at busy times. Advance booking is recommended. Parking is available near the hotel.
Driving directions. From Paris Orly Airport:
Take the highway in the direction of Paris.
Exit at Porte d'Orleans and follow the direction Montparnasse.
Then follow signs for Boulevard des Invalides and finally Ecole Militaire.
Arriving at the Ecole Militaire, take the first avenue on your right, Avenue Bosquet.
Then, take the second street on your right, Rue du Champ de Mars.
