The airport is a short taxi ride from town (costing 13-16 EUR) although it is also possible to take the half-hourly bus, which transports passengers to Santa Maria Novella Station.

From the airport follow directions for the Centre or for Santa Maria Novella train station. On arriving in front of the roundabout at Santa Maria Novella train station, drive towards the little square called Piazza dell'Unità Italiana, where the Grand Hotel Majestic and Grand Hotel Baglioni are situated. Follow the street between the two hotels, called Via del Melarancio. At the end of this street Medici Chapels will be on the left. Pass by Medici Chapels and turn right at the end of the street. Drive 100 metres, the Hotel Romagna will be on the right.
